How Personal Training Works


When it comes to weight management or lean muscle gain, everyone knows that nothing beats proper dieting and exercise. But how to construct an effective diet plan and what are the best exercises to do? This is where us, your weight management experts, come in.


First, we take time to have a thorough understanding of your goals, current fitness level, dietary habits and level of commitment to the personal training program. Then we personalize an effective slimming/bulking up program that is suited just for you. This consists of an exercise plan as well as a diet plan for weight management. Parameters such as weight are measured over time to make sure we are on the right track. When you do hit a plateau, we tweak the program to ensure you continue to get results.


Finally, when you are happy with the results from the weight management/muscle gain program, we can set a new goal for you to achieve (perhaps a six pack?) or move on to a maintenance weight management program where the weight lost is kept off. Exercise and healthy eating now becomes a lifestyle, something that you enjoy doing.
